We deliver to all governorates in Jordan:

• Amman, Irbid, Zarqa, Balqa

• Orders are delivered within 48 hours.
• Delivery time may vary in some cases depending on location and circumstances.

5.3 Shipping Fees

• Delivery fees are calculated as a fixed amount upon order completion, and there are no additional charges.

6. Returns and Exchanges

6.1 Return Policy

• In order to protect the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any products after the purchase process has been completed and the order has been delivered.

6.2 In case of receiving a damaged product or an error in the order

• If your order arrives with the wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, attaching a photo of the product. Our customer service team will then handle the matter.
